The flow of class is a mix of both the traditional lineage of Hatha yoga and the dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa form (popularly known as power yoga). The classes are specifically designed to build a healthy balance of strength and flexibility with the help of asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra and mantra chanting.
