We offer regular yoga asana and pranayam classes, personalized yoga class, corporate yoga, yoga for pregnancy (prenatal) and post pregnancy and special meditation sessions. The thought is to help individuals on a healthier and more peaceful exercise routine which integrates the body, mind and soul.
Sangita’s Yogasutra, the yoga studio is located in Nashik (Mah), India in a calm and serene locality with abundant nature around. Nasik is 3.5 hours from Mumbai and 4 hours from Pune and is well connected by rail and road. Nashik is a spiritual ancient temple city located at the banks of river Godavari. The yoga studio was started by Sangita Porwal and she is the principal yoga trainer. She has her advance training in yoga from Rishikesh and is registered with Yoga Alliance, USA and Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.
The principal yoga trainer, Sangita Porwal, also offers her services as freelance yoga instructor for yoga schools and retreats in India and abroad.
